A little bit about me

Mr David Kennedy
My name is David Kennedy and I create stained glass patterns and designs. These are downloadable PDF files and they are available to buy on this website. If you would like to view the selection please visit the Patterns Store to see the full range. I also take on commissions and if you click on the Gallery you can view a selection of some the projects I have made. My designs are all original, I like to take my inspiration from nature and the glass itself.
I work in both lead and copper foil which enables me to produce a wide range of different styles. These are skills I have developed over the last 35 years of working with glass. I started many years ago reproducing Tiffany Lampshades. This is where I learned to cut and shape glass from paper patterns. From there I moved on to producing my own designs which I make today.

A little bit about Slade

I live in a small fishing village called Slade situated on the Hook Peninsula, Co Wexford Ireland. If you click on the images below you can find out some of the local history. It is a beautiful place and home to my family for many years. Hook Lighthouse is one of the top visitor attractions in Ireland today and well worth a visit if you in the area. Loftus Hall is also nearby and currently under a major renovation. There are lots to see and do if you are visiting Irelands Ancient East and you will be very welcome.
